We have a new, much larger space at 116 Spadina Ave, unit 204! Our hourly rental rates have increased to reflect the almost three times larger square footage we now have available, and our new, central location!

Artist Co-Working Membership: $150 / Month

Membership comes with keys to the space and 24 hr. access, a storage space for tools and materials, and access to 1000sq ft of shared common workspace.

Hourly Rental Rates:

The space is available to rent for meetings, classes, trade shows, or gatherings. Just shoot us an e-mail to inquire about bookings!

Grass Roots and Community: $50 / hour – Sunday-Thursday, $75 / hour – Fridays & Saturdays

Resourced Organizations: $100 / hour – Sunday-Thursday, $125 / hour – Fridays & Saturdays

Corporate: $150 / hour – Sunday-Thursday, $175 / hour – Fridays & Saturdays

– PA speakers, Microphone, Video Screen, and Video Projector available upon request.
– The space can be customized with a variety of seating plans, or cleared out for movement and flow art bookings.
– Bookings available Sunday to Thursday between 9:00am to 10:00pm, and Friday – Saturday between 9:00am to 6:00pm
